The restaurant pizzeria La Grotta has a large wood-fired oven, where exquisite pizzas are cooked in a traditional way, after being kneaded and stretched by hand, always respecting the natural leavening and cooking times.

Our kitchen specialises in the creation of refined and
tasty local dishes, ideal for a nourishing meal during cold and snowy winter days: examples include gnocchi and polenta accompanied by mushrooms and cheeses, hot risottos, rich and nutritious soups, delicious fondues, and many meat and fish dishes. Of course, there are also excellent local wines, draft beers, and delightful desserts.


All the raw materials used by the restaurant are carefully selected and, where possible, locally sourced, to ensure all customers the true typical local Valdostan cuisine.
